What you'll do
- โขAct as the main HR partner for teams and implement key HR processes (onboarding, 1:1, performance, offboarding)

Requirements
- โข2โ3+ years of experience in HR (HR Generalist / Manager / Specialist)
- โขAt least 1 year of experience as a People Partner
- โขUnderstanding of key HR processes
- โขSkills in analysis and data handling
- โขAbility to work with cross-functional teams
- โขStrong communication skills, empathy, and stress resilience
- โขAdvanced Russian, Upper-Intermediate+ English
- โขKnowledge of Polish labor law is a plus
