What you'll do
- •Act as the main HR partner for teams and implement key HR processes (onboarding, 1:1, performance, offboarding)
- •Build trustful relationships with employees and support their development
- •Identify and resolve issues affecting team efficiency and wellbeing
- •Collect and escalate feedback on HR policies and processes
- •Launch initiatives for engagement and corporate culture

Requirements
- •2–3+ years of experience in HR (HR Generalist / Manager / Specialist)
- •At least 1 year of experience as a People Partner
- •Understanding of key HR processes
- •Skills in analysis and data handling
- •Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- •Strong communication skills, empathy, and stress resilience
- •Advanced Russian, Upper-Intermediate+ English
- •Knowledge of Polish labor law is a plus
