Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as HR Partner / HRBP / HR advisory
  • Experience with marketing teams is preferred
  • Mandatory experience in iGaming
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • Experience with HRIS (HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Experience in international or hybrid environments
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and confidentiality
