## What you'll do

• •Work with managers to enhance team efficiency and leadership development
• •Conduct performance review cycles and implement feedback culture
• •Manage employee relations cases and serve as the primary HR contact
• •Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes)
• •Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and org design
• •Improve HR processes and employee experience
• •Ensure compliance with HR policies and risk reduction
• •Conduct regular check-ins with managers and employees

• •3+ years of experience as HR Partner / HRBP / HR advisory
• •Experience with marketing teams is preferred
• •Mandatory experience in iGaming
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Fluent in Russian and English
• •Experience with HRIS (HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
• •Experience in international or hybrid environments
• •Attention to detail, proactivity, and confidentiality
