Requirements
- โข5+ years in a hands-on People Partner, HRBP, or People Operations role at a company with genuinely high talent density.
- โขHas worked at an organization known for exceptional talent standards: crypto-native (Uniswap, Coinbase, Optimism), high-growth fintech (Stripe, Revolut), or similar.
The exposure to exceptional standards, not the name brand, is what matters.
- โขSolid background in people operations: performance management, compensation, onboarding, and supporting people in their growth and development.
- โขExecution-oriented: builds and runs processes, does not only advise.
- โขExperience helping managers navigate difficult performance and development conversations.
- โขUp to date with technology and AI tools in the HR space.
