Performance Marketer

Veles Finance is seeking a Performance Marketer with experience in crypto, web3, or affiliate marketing to launch and scale performance campaigns across various platforms. We are Veles Finance — an ambitious fintech company developing advanced solutions in investment management, financial process automation, and analytics.

• •An international team from 6+ countries;

• •Launching and scaling performance campaigns across various sources (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, VK Ads, Yandex.Direct, etc.);
• •Working with international traffic and affiliate/buying logic;
• •Finding and testing new combinations;
• •Optimizing funnels: landing pages, conversions, loss points;
• •Analyzing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, CR, ROMI;
• •Working with web and cross-analytics, making data-driven decisions;
• •Scaling profitable combinations;
• •Participating in the formation of offers and positioning;
• •Interacting with the marketing and content team.
