Description

What you'll do

  • Management of advertising on marketplaces:

— Ozon;

— Wildberries;

— Lamoda;

— Yandex Market;

  • Launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns within marketplace accounts;
  • Managing advertising on VKontakte: launching performance campaigns, testing audiences, creatives, and combinations;
  • Analyzing advertising effectiveness by key metrics: DRR, ROAS, CPO, CTR, CPC, CR, revenue, margin, advertising contribution to sales;
  • Working with the assortment: determining priority SKUs for promotion, analyzing stock, seasonality, and product potential;
  • Building advertising logic by categories, collections, bestsellers, and new launches;
  • Preparing hypotheses for sales growth and testing them;
  • Working with reporting: regular analytics, conclusions, recommendations, and action plans;
  • Collaborating with the content team to improve product cards, visuals, descriptions, and conversion;
  • Working with the e-commerce and marketplace teams to increase sales and improve showcases;
  • Controlling advertising budget and effectiveness distribution among channels.

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing on marketplaces for at least 2 years;
  • Practical experience with advertising accounts of Lamoda, Ozon, and Wildberries is mandatory;
  • High proficiency in Yandex Direct will be a strong advantage;
  • Experience in advertising on VKontakte;
  • Understanding of marketplace metrics, unit economics, and the impact of advertising on sales;
  • Ability to work not only with campaign launches but also with analytics, conclusions, and systematic optimization;
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets;
  • Ability to make independent decisions, prioritize tasks, and justify actions with numbers.
