Description
What you'll do
- โขManage paid traffic: launch, optimize, and scale campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, networks)
- โขBuild and maintain UA funnels for different geos and hypotheses
- โขSet tasks for creatives: formulate hypotheses, briefs, control production, iterations
- โขSystematic testing: creatives, audiences, placements, approaches
- โขWork with analytics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, cohort analysis
- โขInterpret data and make decisions (what to scale, what to kill)
- โขCollaborate with product (features, events, offers for monetization and marketing)
- โขFind and connect new channels and networks
- โขBuild repeatable processes (creative, testing, reporting pipelines)
Requirements
- โขExperience in performance marketing / UA (mobile apps or games)
- โขUnderstanding creatives as performance drivers (not just 'banners for the sake of banners'), experience managing in-house and/or external creative teams
- โขConfident working with metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention
- โขExperience with advertising platforms (Meta / Google / DSP)
- โขSkill in formulating hypotheses and setting tests
- โขAnalytical thinking: able to read numbers and draw conclusions
- โขExperience with tracking (Adjust / AppsFlyer or analogs)
- โขIndependence: ability to build processes rather than wait for them
- โขUnderstanding creative patterns in gaming (gameplay, fake ads, hooks)
- โขApplication of AI tools in work processes
