• •Team management: 1-on-1, people development, goal setting, and quality control.
• •Strategy and operational procurement across key performance channels: Google UAC, TikTok, Unity Ads, Meta Ads.
• •Budget management, optimization for ROAS / FCS ROI / LTV.
• •Work with attribution and data quality.
• •Collaboration with advertising partners: QBR, negotiations, participation in betas, and building long-term relationships.
• •Interaction with adjacent teams: Growth UA, Creative Production.
