Podcast Ops Associate (3-Month Contract)

Eigen Labs seeks a Podcast Ops Associate for a 3-month contract to manage podcast operations, including publishing workflows and guest logistics.

Eigen Labs is building infrastructure for agentic companies, focusing on trust, verifiability, and ownership.

We create systems for digital institutions through EigenCloud, enabling applications like agentic commerce.

## What you'll do

• •Manage end-to-end episode publishing workflows across platforms.
• •Upload episodes, manage metadata, and write show notes.
• •Clean up and publish transcripts for each episode.
• •Coordinate guest logistics and post-episode communications.
• •Support in-person recording logistics as needed.

## Conditions

• •3-month contract with option to extend.
• •Flexible/remote role with occasional in-person support preferred for Bay Area candidates.
• •Compensation: $4,000 - $7,000 USD per month, 20–30 hours per week.

• •Proven experience managing podcast operations end-to-end.
• •Familiarity with Substack, Spotify for Podcasters, and Apple Podcasts Connect.
• •Experience with transcript editing tools.
• •Strong organizational skills and excellent async communication.
• •Self-starter mindset with minimal supervision.
