Join Caladan as a Post Trade Operations Specialist, executing and monitoring crypto and fiat settlements while providing 24/7 coverage. What You'll Be Doing
- •Capture and validate trade details, ensuring accuracy across the full trade lifecycle.
- •Perform initial checks, trade confirmations, and maintain accurate book management.
- •Maintain the crypto wallet address inventory and tagging governance (team/entity) with daily exception checks.
- •Reconcile daily positions, cash, and PnL, investigating and resolving breaks with internal teams and counterparties.
- •Manage settlements in both crypto and fiat, coordinating fund movements with custodians and exchanges.
- •Track and reconcile balances across custodians, exchanges, bank accounts, DeFi venues, and internal ledgers.
- •Support lifecycle events such as token unlocks, margin calls, and structured product settlements.
- •Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes, mitigate risk, and ensure smooth global handovers.
- •Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of operational workflows and processes.
- •Support timezone-based shift coverage and smooth handovers between SG, UAE / EU, and US teams.

The Ideal Candidate
- •Proven experience in trade support, settlements, or reconciliation within financial or crypto markets.
- •Knowledge of trade lifecycle processes and digital asset settlement flows.
- •Familiarity with digital asset custodians and blockchain settlement processes.
- •Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- •Proficient in SQL.
- •Effective communicator and team player, with flexibility to work shifts for global coverage.
Preferred Background
- •Finance, accounting, or operations experience in a trading or financial institution.
