What You'll Do

  • โ€ขBuild & Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain top external talent and high-potential internal talent. Manage team capacity, staffing, and career growth.
  • โ€ขServices Delivery Leadership: Serve as a Services Delivery Lead for key customer engagements (up to 25% of time engaging with customers as an executive resource).
  • โ€ขDrive Implementation Excellence: Establish prescriptive scoping and project delivery methodologies for EHS implementations to simplify the customer experience.
  • โ€ขPractice Evolution & Innovation: Serve as a collaborative leader on the Services leadership team, actively identifying opportunities for delivery automation, practice evolution, and tech-enabled consulting.
  • โ€ขCross-Functional Collaboration: Build deep internal networks across Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to champion customer outcomes and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • โ€ขOperational Accountability: Drive individual and team accountability. Proactively identify delivery risks, bottleneck issues, and operational gaps (Care, Notice, Act), taking direct action to correct them.
  • โ€ขEscalation Management: Serve as a trusted executive escalation point, handling complex customer conversations with humility and quiet confidence.

Compensation

  • โ€ขBase pay: $100,000 - $200,000.
  • โ€ขThe salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.

Requirements

  • โ€ขDomain Depth: Deep understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) domain, operational risk, and regulatory compliance workflows.
  • โ€ขEnterprise Consulting Experience: 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise cloud implementations at a software vendor or consulting firm.
  • โ€ขPeople Leadership Scale: 4+ years of direct people management experience leading software implementation consultants or technical teams.
  • โ€ขImplementation Excellence Track Record: Proven experience driving operational efficiency, resource management, and standardized delivery methodologies.
  • โ€ขTravel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
