What you'll do

  • Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring and collaboration experiences.
  • Shape cohesive end-to-end document workflows, ensuring users can move naturally from drafting to completion.
  • Integrate AI capabilities directly into document experiences — including authoring, refinement, structure, and automation — with a focus on real user outcomes.
  • Define product direction for modern document systems, blending structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models that enable scalable experiences.
  • Collaborate with other senior PMs to ensure consistent, connected journeys across PandaDoc.
  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry.
  • Shape the long-term direction of PandaDoc’s Document Domain, ensuring flexibility, coherence, and readiness for evolving AI-powered capabilities.
