What You'll Do
- •Process HR transactions within SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.
- •Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks to maintain data integrity and transaction accuracy.
- •Execute standardized processes in accordance with documented SOPs and service standards.
- •Identify, document, and escalate data discrepancies, transaction errors, or process issues as appropriate.
- •Support audit activities, reporting requirements, and data validation efforts.
- •Maintain process documentation and assist with updates to SOPs and knowledge resources.
- •Collaborate with Employee Services team members on transaction-related activities and workflow execution.
- •Utilize HR technology platforms including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 to support operational activities.
- •Support testing activities for system updates, process changes, and operational enhancements.
- •Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.

What You Bring
- •1–3+ years of experience in operations, shared services, HR operations, or data processing environments.
- •Experience working in high-volume, process-oriented environments.
- •Experience with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
- •Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- •Experience performing data validation and quality checks.
- •Ability to identify and escalate operational issues appropriately.
- •Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; Excel experience preferred.
- •Strong organizational and time management skills.
