What you'll do
- •Develop and implement the global procurement strategy in line with company and departmental objectives;
- •Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing processes across all PSD locations;
- •Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and strategic supplier partnerships;
- •Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers;
- •Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs);
- •Manage procurement contracts in cooperation with Legal and other stakeholders;
- •Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material availability;
- •Develop and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives;
- •Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and audit requirements;
- •Prepare regular reports on procurement spend, savings, supplier performance, and risks;
- •Lead, develop, and motivate Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams;
- •Drive continuous improvement, digitalisation, and procurement best practices.
