Join Spotware Systems as a Product Business Analyst in Limassol, Cyprus, to validate new B2B market opportunities and influence top fintech products. Spotware Systems is looking for a strong and proactive analyst for the B2B New Markets direction! You will fully take on the validation of new market opportunities: from deep industry research and Customer Discovery interviews to preparing materials for global launches and detailed product metrics analysis.

Responsibilities

  • โ€ขConduct market and competitor research for new strategic B2B directions;
  • โ€ขCommunicate with B2B clients (Customer Discovery, interviews, qualitative feedback collection);
  • โ€ขPrepare strong materials for Sales/BizDev teams (pitches, FAQs, onboarding, objection handling);
  • โ€ขAnalyze metrics post-launch (revenue, feature adoption, feedback).

Requirements

  • โ€ขExperience in a B2B product-facing role (Product/Business Analyst, PM, Pre-sales, Implementation);
  • โ€ขClear understanding of B2B models, commercial packaging, and GTM processes;
  • โ€ขExcellent English and systematic, structured thinking;
  • โ€ขUse of AI in daily work (research, summaries, documentation) to accelerate processes;
  • โ€ขPractical experience in Fintech, SaaS, or trading domains is a plus.
