What You Will Do
- •Product Launch Strategy: Own external comms for product announcements and updates across the Agent Stack and Core Platform.
- •OSS Portfolio Oversight: Oversee communications for Vercel's open source frameworks, with a concentration on Next.js.
- •Narrative & Positioning: Build thought leadership narratives around how Vercel's products fit together.
- •Owned & Social Content: Develop owned content, social content, and campaigns in partnership with Content Engineering.
- •Community Support: Stay close to the pulse of the open source community and proactively look for opportunities to support it.
- •Community Programming: Partner with DX Engineering's community team on programming, conference participation, and activations.
- •Executive & Maintainer Thought Leadership: Build the public thought leadership profiles of Vercel's product and engineering leadership.

- •The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $152,000 - $209,000.
About You
- •6-8 years of experience in communications, PR, or product marketing, with direct exposure to developer tools, infrastructure, or technical products.
- •Strong writer and storyteller who can translate technical work into narratives that resonate with developers.
- •Comfortable working directly with engineers, PMs, and technical leadership.
- •Experience managing multi-channel, cross-functional programs.
- •Familiarity with the frontend/JavaScript ecosystem (Next.js, frameworks, runtimes, and adjacent tooling) is a strong plus.
- •Self-directed and comfortable owning a program end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.
