Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer for AI-Copilot in DevTools to enhance user interaction with AI and develop design systems.
Responsibilities
- •Develop interaction scenarios with AI: task setting (development, testing, design, requirements) for the agent across different platform areas, chat communication with the agent considering tool context, proactive mode operation of the agent in interfaces, support tools through the agent and hybrid communication with humans.
- •Design the logic of AI-agent operation: user decision-making, transparency of agent operation, consistency of agent work across different platform areas.
- •Create presentation materials: design training materials, release videos for new features.
- •Develop the design system: patterns for AI interfaces.

Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in product design.
- •Experience working on complex systems (task trackers, wikis, Git, DevOps tools, platforms, etc.).
- •Experience with LLM (ClaudeCode, Codex, Cursor, etc.).
- •Understanding of AI-agent operation principles.
- •High level of UI – typography, micro-interactions, animation in interfaces.
- •Ability to work within a design system and sometimes outside of it.
Nice to Have
- •Skills in working with generative AI models; experience creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage.
- •Think in processes and complex user scenarios.
- •Independent and able to defend your point of view.
