Product Designer

Plaid is seeking an experienced Product Designer to own the design of consumer experiences, focusing on innovation and high-quality user interactions. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use.

• •Own consumer surface design end to end, from problem definition through pixel-level polish
• •Set and hold the visual and interaction quality bar for Plaid's consumer product
• •Partner directly with product and engineering from planning through execution, shaping what gets built
• •Build working prototypes — including with AI agents — to test ideas before committing engineering time
• •Produce high-quality work from wireframes and user flows to pixel-perfect prototypes with delightful interactions
• •Advocate for consumers and for user-centered process across the team
• •Contribute to design culture through collaboration, presenting work, and sharing feedback
