Overview
Enfint is looking for a Product Designer to design and maintain scalable Design Systems across various platforms. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and driving the design process from research to delivery. Enfint is a company focused on creating innovative solutions in the fintech space, aiming to enhance user experiences across digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- •Design, maintain, and evolve scalable Design Systems across web, desktop, and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- •Create consistent, user-centered experiences across multiple products and customer touchpoints.
- •Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders within Agile squads.
- •Drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
- •Define and document design standards, components, patterns, and best practices.
- •Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital products.
- •Support product teams in adopting and implementing Design System components.

What We're Looking For
- •5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
- •Strong hands-on experience designing and managing enterprise-scale Design Systems.
- •Proven experience across mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop applications.
- •Deep understanding of the end-to-end UX and Product Design process.
- •Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional product squads.
- •Strong collaboration and communication skills with product and technology teams.
- •Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech environments is highly preferred.
- •Experience designing products for SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) customers is a strong advantage.
Nice to Have: Experience working in large-scale organizations with complex digital ecosystems; Knowledge of accessibility standards and design governance frameworks; Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma and Design Tokens methodologies.
