Product Designer (Middle/Middle+)

Centicore is looking for a Middle/Middle+ Product Designer to enhance the client journey in investment products. Experience in mobile app design and product metrics is essential. Centicore is a large innovative company with the most modern technologies for investing and trading in Russia.

• •Oversee the entire client journey from need identification to informed decision-making.
• •Work as a co-product designer, implementing product development methods and setting up design processes within the team.
• •Ensure the product is user-friendly and functional, not just a mockup.

• •Work in a large brokerage business with over a million clients.
• •Join a large community of product designers, researchers, and graphic designers.
• •Direct communication with clients and participation in usability testing.

• •Good experience in mobile application design.
• •Proficient in design systems and creating clean UI solutions.
• •Ability to create features from scratch and improve existing solutions.
• •Understand product metrics and their importance for designers.
• •Awareness of how interface metrics correlate with product and business metrics.
• •Experience with complex interfaces.
• •Knowledge of hypotheses, user feedback analysis, and solution testing.
• •Balance business and user needs effectively.
• •Persistent and able to defend design decisions, ready to take a leadership role in the product team.
