We are looking for a designer to work on a career product at the intersection of B2C and B2B in fintech.

## Conditions

• •Engagement period: From 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
• •Employment: Full-time
• •Work format: Remote (only from Russia)
• •Cooperation form: Contract
• •Rate: From 200,000 to 270,000 RUB/month

• •Mandatory experience in product design for at least 5 years
• •Design end-to-end scenarios for users at the intersection of different parts of the product
• •Elevate the visual standard and set the look & feel of the product
• •Translate inputs and interests of different parties into clear, cohesive product solutions
• •Test hypotheses, conduct quick iterations, and bring solutions to quality implementation
• •Ability to work with uncertainty, gather complex context, and find clear solutions
