Product Lead / Launch Owner

Join NERA as a Product Lead to launch a psychtech platform combining psychology, EdTech, and AI.

Work remotely on a project basis with fixed pay and bonuses.

We are building a psychtech platform at the intersection of psychology, EdTech, and AI.

Currently, we are launching an MVP using existing developments through expert hot traffic: digital simulators + retention layer + initial revenue.

## What you'll do

• •Fix the MVP scope and gather CJM / PRD / backlog
• •Lead the product to launch alongside development
• •Manage key metrics: conversion, completion, retention, ARPU/LTV
• •Achieve the first reproducible growth unit
