Description
What you'll do
- •Integration of AmoCRM with Telegram, forms, chats, and other systems.
- •Gathering and processing business requirements: analysis, prioritization of tasks related to CRM, widgets, and data transfer, selecting optimal solutions.
- •Coordinating work between analysts, development, and contractors, managing the integration team.
- •Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of AmoCRM, preparing reports.
- •Maintaining up-to-date documentation on settings and integrations.
- •Interacting with contractors and suppliers: controlling licenses, their expiration dates, and forming payment tasks.
