Product Manager

Join Maslov as a Product Manager to develop an AI-driven cloud system for dairy farm management, overseeing product features from concept to release while managing a cross-functional team. Maslov is a cloud management system for dairy farms. Currently, it manages data for around 300,000 cows, tracking every insemination, calving, milk yield, and treatment. Our product is designed for livestock specialists, veterinarians, and inseminators, competing against outdated desktop solutions.

• •Develop the product: lead functional directions from idea to release (including onboarding farms and new domains like 'Feeding').
• •Manage 'Arkasha': enhance our AI agent, turning deep farm data into understandable recommendations for users.
• •Manage the team and processes: build the roadmap, prioritize tasks for the cross-functional team, and be accountable for results.
• •Be 'in the fields': constantly communicate with farmers and integrators to understand real market pains.
• •Scale the AI toolkit: develop internal harness based on coding agents (Claude Code) to accelerate development and product tasks.
• •Make data-driven decisions: dive deep into statistics to understand how product functions actually work and where to develop them further.

• •Deep understanding of data: knowledge of data architecture, ability to find anomalies and design product development based on real farm behavior and specific scenarios (edge cases).
• •Experience with coding agents: you use tools like Claude Code daily. Prototyping new features is done by agents; documentation and product routine also go through agents.
• •High level of Ownership: we seek 'executors'. You can take functionality under personal control, dive into it, design, and bring it to production while independently building processes.
