Product Manager

Tochka Bank is looking for a strong Product Manager to take full responsibility for product development in an online banking ecosystem. • •Take responsibility for the product and independently form the backlog.
• •Identify deep user pains and needs.
• •Collaborate with the marketing leader to find ideas for product promotion.
• •Analyze advertising funnels within the bank.
• •Lead projects from start to finish, focusing on set goals, e.g., increasing product penetration in the active user base by 3% next quarter.
• •Organize effective communication within the team, facilitating interaction between developers, product designers, UX researchers, and other team members.
• •Calculate unit economics.

• •Official salary up to 590,000 ₽ per month, depending on skills and expectations, discussed during the interview (before tax).
