## What you'll do

• •Own the Earn product line end-to-end, covering stablecoin yield and structured products.
• •Drive growth through data: track core metrics and turn insights into actionable product improvements.
• •Research yield strategies and build new earn products from 0 to 1.
• •Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal.

• •3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or growth within the Crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors.
• •Deep understanding of crypto trading, arbitrage, and yield strategies.
• •Proven ability to take full end-to-end ownership of an Earn product.
• •Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• •Fluent in Mandarin, with working-level English proficiency.
