Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or growth within the Crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors.
- •Deep understanding of crypto trading, arbitrage, and yield strategies.
- •Proven ability to take full end-to-end ownership of an Earn product.
- •Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- •Fluent in Mandarin, with working-level English proficiency.
