What you'll do
- •Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Referrals and Incentives across a first of its type innovative Centralized Exchange.
- •Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and user growth.
- •Design, launch, and optimize growth experiments that drive measurable business impact.
- •Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- •Analyze user behavior and growth funnel performance to identify areas for improvement.
- •Build and iterate on referral programs, incentive structures, and engagement mechanisms that increase user participation and lifetime value.
What you bring
- •5+ years of Product Management experience.
- •2+ years of dedicated Growth Product Management experience.
- •Experience at a US Regulated consumer focused Fintech or Trading company.
- •Demonstrated success driving meaningful growth outcomes at a high-growth technology company.
- •Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make product decisions.
- •Experience running experiments, analyzing results, and iterating quickly.
- •Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- •Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
