What You Will Do

  • Participate in defining the product roadmap, identifying and proposing evolutions aligned with growth, engagement, and market penetration.
  • Contribute to managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog using relevant quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Conduct active market monitoring, analyzing trends, competitors, regulatory changes, and business opportunities.
  • Be the voice of the customer, regularly engaging with users and considering feedback from sales and customer service teams.
  • Lead discovery phases through interviews, user tests, and analyses to identify problems and improvement opportunities.
  • Co-create the most relevant solutions with Product Designers, Tech Leads, and internal or external partners.
  • Support the delivery of features by providing clear needs to the feature team, following developments, and testing delivered solutions.
  • Ensure end-to-end product coherence to maximize value for customers.
  • Measure the impact of deployed changes by tracking key performance indicators and managing necessary iterations.

What You Need

  • A Bac+5 degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Product Management.
  • A good understanding of the payment sector, financial services, or fintech.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong customer orientation and a penchant for discovery and user-centric approaches.
  • A great team spirit and open-mindedness, with a passion for product ownership and daily improvement.
  • A sense of humor, respect, and kindness, with humility in proposing solutions to various stakeholders.
