Description
Key Responsibilities
- •Define the end-to-end GTM strategy for a portfolio of hardware devices across priority markets.
- •Develop segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies tailored to different customer types and geographies.
- •Lead packaging strategy
- •Define channel strategy (direct, enterprise, retail, distribution, partnerships).
- •Build and own integrated launch plans in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
- •Align supply chain readiness, demand forecasting, and inventory strategy.
- •Drive launch readiness across training, enablement, documentation, and support.
- •Monitor early market performance and adjust strategy as needed.
- •Serve as the central commercial voice between Product, Engineering, and Ops.
- •Translate product capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
- •Ensure product roadmap decisions incorporate market and customer insights.

Requirements
About You
- •8+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, commercial strategy, or general management roles — ideally in hardware, devices, or consumer electronics.
- •Proven track record launching and scaling physical products.
- •Strong understanding of hardware commercialization dynamics (supply chain constraints, inventory planning, channel economics).
- •Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- •Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- •Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- •Experience with high-volume device distribution.
- •Enterprise and/or consumer channel experience.
- •Exposure to emerging technologies or regulated markets.
- •MBA or equivalent business experience.
- •Experience operating across multiple international markets is preferred.
