Description

Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the end-to-end GTM strategy for a portfolio of hardware devices across priority markets.
  • •Develop segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies tailored to different customer types and geographies.
  • •Lead packaging strategy
  • •Define channel strategy (direct, enterprise, retail, distribution, partnerships).
  • •Build and own integrated launch plans in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
  • •Align supply chain readiness, demand forecasting, and inventory strategy.
  • •Drive launch readiness across training, enablement, documentation, and support.
  • •Monitor early market performance and adjust strategy as needed.
  • •Serve as the central commercial voice between Product, Engineering, and Ops.
  • •Translate product capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
  • •Ensure product roadmap decisions incorporate market and customer insights.

Requirements

About You

  • •8+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, commercial strategy, or general management roles — ideally in hardware, devices, or consumer electronics.
  • •Proven track record launching and scaling physical products.
  • •Strong understanding of hardware commercialization dynamics (supply chain constraints, inventory planning, channel economics).
  • •Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • •Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • •Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • •Experience with high-volume device distribution.
  • •Enterprise and/or consumer channel experience.
  • •Exposure to emerging technologies or regulated markets.
  • •MBA or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience operating across multiple international markets is preferred.
