What You Will Do
- •Own the roadmap for authentication and identity verification, prioritizing across conversion, fraud/risk reduction, and regulatory requirements.
- •Drive improvements to onboarding funnels, reducing drop-off in document capture and verification while maintaining or improving fraud and conversion rates.
- •Manage and evaluate third-party KYC/IDV vendor relationships, including performance, cost, and regional coverage.
- •Partner with Compliance and Legal to translate regulatory requirements into product specs and rollout plans.
- •Work with Engineering to ship changes to authentication flows without introducing account-takeover or fraud exposure.
- •Define and track funnel metrics.
- •Represent Identity in cross-functional planning with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders.

Must-have experience and skills
- •4+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on identity verification, KYC/AML, fraud, or authentication/security products.
- •Working familiarity with KYC/AML concepts and authentication concepts.
- •Experience managing or evaluating third-party identity/KYC vendors.
- •Comfort operating in a regulated, multi-region environment where the same feature behaves differently by jurisdiction.
Nice-to-have experience
- •Background in fintech, crypto, or another regulated marketplace.
- •Experience with sanctions screening, PEP/adverse media checks, or transaction monitoring.
Bonus Points
- •Experience with crypto-native authentication (wallet-based sign-in, sign-in with Ethereum) or crypto compliance requirements.
