Description
Responsibilities
- •Develop product strategy and roadmap
- •Decompose tasks and work with Jira
- •Prioritize tasks and form backlog
- •Set up and control the funnel from registration to FTD
- •Onboard and convert users at registration, KYC, deposits
- •Fully set up retention and increase LTV
- •Manage bonus economy and RTP
- •Create bonus systems and anti-abuse measures
- •Work with PSP: business management and payment system setup
- •Resolve conflicts between UX, AML, and Risk departments

Requirements
Requirements
- •3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in iGaming / betting / crypto / fintech
- •Experience in building products from scratch
- •Understanding of product development: affiliates, retention, VIP, bonus abuse, and fraud traffic
- •Knowledge of Anjouan / Curaçao regulations
- •Familiarity with niche terminology
- •Ability to work with designers, development team, marketers, and finance professionals
- •Skills in integrating payment systems, game providers, crypto processing, anti-fraud, and KYC services
- •Proficiency in metrics and analytics
