Description
What you'll do
- •Own the product roadmap for Alpaca’s internal workflows and tooling.
- •Drive root cause analysis and execute on complex operational problems.
- •Design systems and leverage internal tooling, AI, and workflow orchestration.
- •Define success metrics and SLAs, write specifications, and map processes.
- •Design and manage the data framework for selecting strategic projects.
- •Collaborate with Sales and Product to manage operational capacity standards.
- •Drive Build vs. Buy evaluations for core platform components.

Requirements
