• •Created a utility token from scratch (TGE, tokenomics, issuance), not just worked with existing ones.
• •Conducted token listing on CEX/DEX, understands how to bring a token to market and ensure liquidity.
• •Designed token utility — staking, cashback, access to exclusive features, product integration.
• •Worked with development — managed backlog, set tasks, participated in releases.
• •Understands tokenomics and token economy — issuance, distribution, burning, incentive mechanisms.
• •Experienced in DeFi/Web3 — understands how a token lives in the ecosystem and interacts with users.

### Product Manager Crypto / Crypto Payments

• •Built crypto processing from scratch, not just integrated an existing provider.

Experience in launching a crypto payment reception and payout system as standalone infrastructure is mandatory.

• •Designed a processing platform for high-load: from working with blockchains and nodes to building complex transaction routing logic.
• •Understands the cost of failures and delays — experienced with large transaction flows, anti-fraud systems, and risk control related to cryptocurrencies.
• •Solved non-trivial technical and operational challenges when launching a platform and can explain how system stability and fault tolerance were ensured.
• •Significant advantage if involved in creating own tokens — understands their technical implementation, economy, and how to build seamless payments using them.
