What you'll do
- •Partner with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Finance/Treasury, Sales/Trading) to build and improve operational processes that support business growth under Japan's regulatory framework
- •Coordinate with global product teams to assess product requirements, identify regulatory or operational gaps, and ensure launches comply with local requirements
- •Apply a structured approach to product governance and oversight of daily exchange operations
- •Assess business demands, identify gaps, and provide practical solutions and implementation recommendations
- •Build and maintain reporting frameworks for critical business metrics (weekly/monthly)
- •Support regulatory and compliance-related operational requirements as needed
