Product Operations Manager

Cian is looking for a Product Operations Manager to enhance product development efficiency and predictability throughout the lifecycle. The role focuses on diagnosing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and facilitating solutions. Cian is a leading real estate platform in Russia, dedicated to improving the efficiency of product development and enhancing user experience through innovative solutions.

• •Conduct regular diagnostics of processes and identify systemic issues at all stages of product creation and scaling.
• •Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and dependencies, increase process predictability, and accelerate development at all stages (ideation → discovery → delivery → scaling).
• •Improve rules and standards of work, test changes through pilots, and scale successful practices from teams and the market.
• •Ensure transparency of processes, metrics, and statuses, forming a single source of reliable information for teams and management.
• •Support decision-making through structured analytical materials and enhance the quality of product decisions.
• •Accompany teams as an operational partner: facilitate cross-functional discussions and help teams establish and implement work rules.
