What you'll do
- β’Own the product strategy and roadmap for Staking products β covering native, liquid, and pooled staking β with a focus on protocol integrations, user growth, and revenue contribution
- β’Define and manage token strategy, APR pricing models, and project partnership initiatives to strengthen product competitiveness and expand the supported asset universe
- β’Drive growth through data: own core metrics including TVL, APR, utilization, revenue, and user retention β and translate insights into prioritized product improvements
- β’Manage DeFi partnership opportunities for Onchain Earn, coordinating integration across CeFi and on-chain infrastructure
- β’Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal to drive product adoption and go-to-market strategies

Requirements
- β’2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX / DeFi / yield products.
- β’Deep understanding of staking mechanics: validator economics, liquid staking tokens (LST), APR composition, and on-chain yield infrastructure.
- β’Exceptional cross-functional coordination, project management, communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- β’Strong user insight and innovative thinking, capable of translating user needs into product features
- β’Fluent in Mandarin; working-level English for cross-team and partner communication
