What you'll do
- •Act as the bridge between business and development, translating high-level goals into detailed product backlogs and user stories.
- •Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.
- •Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, priority, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- •Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
- •Gather and evaluate user feedback, stakeholder input, and data insights to inform and refine product requirements.
- •Ensure all deliverables align with compliance and security standards, especially in regulated domains like Fintech and Insurtech.
- •Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, focus, and alignment throughout the development cycle.
