Responsibilities
- •Partner with engineering, product marketing, design, community support, and other cross-functional teams to deliver software product programs with the highest quality and on schedule.
- •Understand dependencies across functions to optimize the overall system and deliver the highest quality offerings at scale.
- •Anticipate upcoming risks and issues and develop risk mitigation strategies proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- •Develop program plans that are unique to each initiative and require strategic thinking.
- •Operate at a variety of altitudes by tailoring communication style and approach.
- •Go beyond status reporting to drive issues to resolution.
Conditions
- •Base pay range: $180,000 — $222,000 USD.
- •This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Requirements
- •8+ years of experience in a combination of program management, product management, or business operations managing sophisticated software product programs from end to end in a creative-led, fast-paced environment.
- •Strong product and/or technology experience including product management or engineering (software preferred).
- •Demonstrated ability of shipping software products at global scale having overcome a variety of challenges.
- •World-class verbal and written communication skills that can simplify complex topics.
- •Proven ability to build strong relationships and be a trusted agent for change with business leaders (up to the executive level).
