What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • โ€ขPartner with the local business and global Product teams to shape local product strategy and advocate for market-specific opportunities, customer needs, and commercial priorities
  • โ€ขDevelop a deep understanding of customer behaviours, pain points, motivations, and unmet needs, using those insights to improve customer experience, adoption, retention, and overall product engagement
  • โ€ขChampion the voice of the customer internally, helping identify opportunities to simplify, educate, delight, and differentiate the OKX experience in Australia
  • โ€ขTranslate customer feedback, operational insights, market trends, and business objectives into clear product recommendations and actionable initiatives
  • โ€ขOwn and drive local execution of product and feature launches, including go-to-market planning, internal enablement, customer communications, and post-launch performance analysis
  • โ€ขDevelop clear product positioning, messaging, educational content, and launch communications that help customers better understand and adopt our products
  • โ€ขAct as the central coordination point between local teams and global Product & Engineering teams for product feedback, operational issues, launch readiness, and prioritisation discussions
  • โ€ขWork closely with Growth and Marketing teams to drive stronger adoption and engagement across existing products and features, ensuring customers clearly understand and realise the value of the OKX ecosystem
  • โ€ขWork cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure products are commercially effective, operationally scalable, and aligned to customer needs

Requirements

What We Look For In You

  • โ€ขStrong commercial thinking and customer empathy, with the ability to balance user experience, operational realities, and business outcomes
  • โ€ขExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products and concepts into clear messaging
  • โ€ขExperience working in fintech, crypto, trading platforms, payments, or other fast-moving technology environments
  • โ€ขStrong understanding of customer journeys, product adoption, and go-to-market execution
  • โ€ขHighly proactive and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with significant cross-functional collaboration
  • โ€ขAbility to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across teams without direct authority
  • โ€ขStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to support decision-making
