Description
What you'll do
- •Formulate and implement the product strategy for the UX stream, ensuring alignment with key business goals.
- •Conduct regular competitor analysis, user behavior studies, and key product metrics analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- •Lead a team of product managers, prioritize tasks and resources, track task completion, and support the team in achieving results.
- •Develop and approve product plans, assess hypothesis potential, and approve experiment and development plans.
- •Ensure cross-functional interaction: build effective collaboration between product, analytics, design, and technical teams.
- •Mentor product managers: ensure the professional growth of the team.
Requirements
- •Experience as a product owner in a B2C product with MAU of at least 2,000,000.
- •Overall product experience of 4 years.
- •Experience in product teams specializing in UX and user experience.
- •Understanding of product analytics and knowledge of SQL (you should clearly see the connection between what you do and the outcomes; understand the physical meaning of metrics).
- •Experience conducting A/B tests of varying complexity.
- •Experience in successfully launching or developing existing products.
- •Knowledge of user experience principles and the latest trends in this area.
- •Experience managing a team consisting of development, product, product analytics, and design.
