Description
Main Tasks
- •Analyze production data and processes: identify and monitor production waste, machine failures, repair durations, etc.
- •Operational reporting: create, modify, and automate reports to assist in daily decision-making.
- •Data consolidation: collect, map, and integrate data from various systems and sources.
- •Data auditing: ensure the accuracy and reliability of reported data by teams.
- •Optimization: develop procedures and instructions for work processes and improve work and reporting processes.
- •Troubleshoot issues related to reporting processes.

Requirements
What You Will Need
- •Experience in analytics and mapping of production data – open to candidates from other large-scale FMCG industries.
- •Ability to present key metrics and status of key actions - explanations vs goals (daily reporting).
- •Skills in processing and organizing large volumes of information.
- •Independence, curiosity, and problem-solving orientation in a dynamic production environment.
- •Very good knowledge of MS Office - particularly advanced MS Excel, which is your natural working environment.
- •Familiarity with Power BI and VBA (a huge plus for automating data integration processes).
- •Experience working with integrated management systems, e.g., Comarch, SAP.
- •Knowledge of English at least at B1 level.
- •Minimum secondary education.
- •Teamwork skills - you will join a 2-person team that will onboard you into company processes.
