Sei Labs is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the DCM initiative for their regulated derivatives venue, focusing on project management, compliance, and exchange operations. Sei Labs builds open-sourced technology for the high-performance Sei Blockchain, the first parallelized EVM Layer 1 blockchain designed to scale with the industry. The unique optimizations built into Sei enable Web3 applications to reach Web2 level scale and performance, driving the mass adoption of digital assets. Our teams are comprised of former Google, Goldman Sachs, Robinhood, Nvidia, and Databricks veterans dedicated to onboarding the next billion users onto a vibrant ecosystem of applications. Sei Labs has raised over $30M from top investors including Jump Crypto, Multicoin Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Distributed Global, Hudson River Trading, and Flow Traders. Sei Labs is incubating a new US-regulated derivatives venue. We're driving toward a DCM license and, on the back of it, launching a regulated venue for spot and futures across a curated set of crypto assets.
What you'll do
- •Own the master plan for the DCM initiative.
- •Coordinate exchange build and rollout across partners, compliance, legal, and business.
- •Manage project planning, check-ins, and risk surfacing across internal teams and external counterparties.
- •Deliver exec-level status reporting and board updates.
- •Hire and manage a bench of TPM/PMs as the program expands.
