What you'll do
- •Mentor incubated/accelerated teams.
- •Provide expertise and specific insights to external incubated/accelerated teams as well as internally as needed.
- •Take detailed notes and create reports on team progress.
- •Identify and solve problems or needs of the teams.
- •Review educational materials and update Program Director on any recommended changes or additions.
- •Keep in mind specific needs of partners for some of the programs and adapt mentoring techniques accordingly.
- •Work autonomously to manage own calendar, schedule, and update relevant Jira tickets and documentation.
- •Outreach and management of external experts as required by the program.
- •Attend in-person events when necessary/relevant.
Conditions
- •€4,000 - €5,000 a month.
