We're a fully remote team with delivery centers across the US, Canada, India, and the Philippines.
What you'll do
- •Keep engagements on track — build and maintain project schedules, track milestones and deliverables, and flag risks before they slip.
- •Track consultant time, resourcing, and utilization across engagements so the delivery picture stays current.
- •Support billing and finance — prepare and review time-and-expense entries, assist with invoicing, and help keep billing accurate and on time.
- •Administer SOWs and change orders, and keep project documentation and status reporting clean and up to date.
- •Coordinate across delivery teams, consultants, and clients on schedules, status, and logistics.
- •Partner with the PMO and finance to improve realization, reduce revenue leakage, and tighten collections (DSO).

- •Compensation & benefits: $58,000–$74,000 USD base, depending on location (Austin vs. Southern California) and experience, plus a clear path to billable, client-facing work and growth toward a consulting career. Fully remote, with the benefits of a globally distributed team.
