What you'll do
- •Operational owner of the delivery process in the development team.
- •Manage backlog filling and elaboration.
- •Conduct weekly sprints and control deadlines.
- •Facilitate rituals (planning, grooming, retro, demo).
- •Monitor metrics and reporting.
- •Understand business needs and communicate them to development.
