Responsibilities
- •Lead two development directions, directly participate in team affairs.

- •Assist team leads in monitoring deadlines and resources.
- •Synchronize team plans with the company's central roadmap.
- •Ensure that teams have all necessary artifacts (specifications, design, analytics, mocks, etc.) on time.
- •Participate in the development and formalization of project management processes — building the pipeline "from idea to release", implementing metrics, working on release predictability.

Requirements
- •3+ years of experience as a PM in IT.
