- •5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry, with proven success in managing large gaming projects (20+ people) at various stages.
- •Proven experience in building processes from scratch, managing cross-functional teams, and leading complex production cycles.
- •Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and other project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Kanban, ToC.
- •Understanding of theory of constraints and lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and resources.
- •Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Lark, MS Project, etc.) ensuring transparency and efficiency in planning.
- •Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to make informed decisions in multitasking environments.
- •Outstanding communication skills, ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- •Deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry.
- •Will be a plus: Proficiency in English at a working level. Understanding of mobile platform specifics. Passion for football.
