What you'll do
- •Establishing and developing effective task management and development processes ensuring transparency, predictability of deadlines, and stable delivery.
- •Organizing and controlling the team's task management: setting tasks, quality control of their documentation, managing priorities and deadlines.
- •Coordinating the development team's work and ensuring tasks are completed, timely identifying risks and bottlenecks, and proactively eliminating them.
- •Facilitating work discussions, assisting the team and stakeholders in forming requirements, determining priorities, and focusing work.
- •Building and maintaining effective communication within the team and with adjacent departments.
- •Optimizing development processes, implementing best practices in task management and teamwork.
- •Quickly immersing in the technical context of projects to enhance interaction with developers and make management decisions.
