## What you'll do
- •Integrate new blockchains and staking protocols
- •Collaborate with partners (wallets, infrastructure projects)
- •Prioritize backlog and manage development
- •Formulate hypotheses for delegator and pool growth
- •Coordinate teams: development, design, marketing, support
