What you'll do
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of Swisstronik Money's core infrastructure.
- •Own the end-to-end delivery roadmap
- •Coordinate between engineers and external partners
- •Run architecture alignment sessions
- •Track development, testing, and audit timelines
- •Manage integration milestones
- •Identify blockers and escalate decisions
- •Maintain clear documentation
- •Report progress to leadership

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

- •3+ years of project management experience in blockchain, fintech, or crypto
- •Strong understanding of smart contract development lifecycles
- •Familiarity with DeFi/CeFi concepts
- •Experience coordinating distributed teams
- •Ability to read architecture diagrams and technical specs
- •Comfortable with compliance-related workflows
- •Excellent written communication skills
