Project Manager

Units is seeking a Project Manager to lead a strategic project in banking systems.

The role involves managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating teams.

We are Units, a team developing banking platforms and high-load services for top banks and IT companies in Russia.

We have completed over 40 projects for financial market leaders and top-5 banks in Russia.

Our products help companies accelerate processes, increase transparency, and elevate digital services.

## What you'll do

• •Manage project timelines, budget, and outcomes.
• •Handle risk and change management, coordinate with client and involved teams.
• •Coordinate with related projects and teams.
• •Manage expectations and communications, provide regular project reports.
• •Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• •3+ years of project management experience (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
• •Ability to plan, manage budget and timelines, and resist scope creep.
• •Skills in risk, change, and conflict management for win-win outcomes.
• •Experience in procurement procedures.
• •Ability to gather and align requirements, identify ambiguities.
• •Experience in organizing CI/CD and managing delivery quality.
• •Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
• •Skill in structuring information, task setting, and control.
